POST Bulk Delete Contact Notes
Delete several notes from one contact in a single request.
Deletion is scoped to the contact in the path: ids that belong to a different contact are filtered out before anything is removed, so this cannot be used to reach another contact's notes. Because those ids are dropped rather than rejected, the reported count can be lower than the number of ids you sent — check message to see how many rows were actually removed.
At most 200 ids per request; more returns a 422.
Each deletion fires fluent_crm/note_delete.
Required capability: fcrm_manage_contacts_delete
Enforced by SubscriberPolicy::bulkDeleteNotes().
